Delete content from iCloud

How do I access my iCloud and delete videos (purchased from iTunes) from it? I can delete the videos from my phone but have no idea how to delete from iCloud. I keep getting a message on my phone (6s) that I don't have enough iCloud storage to backup my phone so need to delete content from cloud. Seems like this should be easy but I don't even know how to access my iCloud content.
